The show has been using the Coconut Grove Expo Center as a production office and has signed a lease extension with the City of Miami. The city offered a rate of only $7,000 per month with the stipulation that they cover any maintenance of the facility while in their use. USA Network just wrapped on its first season of Burn Notice just a few weeks after announcing an order for a second season. The show has been using the Coconut Grove Expo Center as a production office and has signed a lease extension with the City of Miami.
