Marsilii To Discuss His Approach To Screenwriting

The Barry University Department of English and the Professional Writing Program present An Evening with Hollywood Screenwriter, Bill Marsilii. Marsilii is the writer of Deja Vu and he will discuss his approach to screenwriting, from developing a movie-worthy premise, through the brainstorming and outlining process, to a solid screenplay structure.

Bill Marsilii is a professional screenwriter and performer. He co-wrote the 2006 romantic thriller, Deja Vu, released by Touchstone Pictures, which was produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and starred Denzel Washington. Marsilii's many stage credits include the Off-Broadway production of "Tony 'N Tina's Wedding." He has also appeared on television pilots for the Hallmark Channel. He has written many screenplays for Walt Disney Pictures, the Samuel Goldwyn Company, TriStar, Warner Bros. and Paramount Pictures.
