Ever since you moved out you've wanted to give something back, and now you can -- you choose the room, and we'll send in the HOME ROOM design team to help you transform it!
Show requirements:
You must be 21 years or older and live on your own.
Your Parents must own their home and live in one of the areas listed below.

· Name and address of yourself and your parents
· A brief synopsis of why you think your family is ideal for this show, and why this room is the one to do
· A photo of yourself and the room you'd like to tackle (if you have it)
