As of Thursday, July 28th, MovieTickets.com and IMAX Corporation announced a pact that benefits consumers by offering expanded access to online tickets and information about IMAX films and select IMAX(R) theatres throughout North America.
Consumers can now log onto http://www.imax.com, search by location, choose a theater, and link to a co-branded MovieTickets.com site to purchase tickets online for select IMAX theatres. Moviegoers who visit MovieTickets.com directly can discover more about The IMAX Experience, then easily search for movie showtimes and buy tickets to IMAX movies.
