On Saturday, October 15th, the Lynn and Louis Wolfson II Florida Moving Image Archive will participate in the national Home Movie Day.
Home Movie Day is an effort by film archivists to restore and educate the public about their old film footage.
The schedule is as follows:
- 11am-1pm: drop off your home movies of Florida for evaluation.
- 1pm-2:15pm: screening and discussion of home movies from the Wolfson Archives.
- 2:30pm-3:45pm: screening of home movies dropped off today.
The Wolfson Archives are located at 101 W. Flagler Street in downtown Miami.
